Well, I am not sure if an ogg file counts as any of these, but you cold try this site:

Or convert the ogg file to, say, a quicktime (mpeg-4) file and convert it, then use that.

So if I convert the video to MP4, then I should be able to embed it on that detail page? I'll try it! Thanks!
